    Central bank – the root cause of poverty, tax, and deficit

    In each country the central bank is a privately owned bank with no transparency and accountability to the government of that country. It is also the only bank that can print the money for that country and does it so out of thin air. At the same time this bank wants that the government returns the money with interest. We show that this structure creates deficit, introduces tax, and causes poverty around the globe. This paper shows how central banks control the economy by manipulating the financial system it has designed. The paper explains how easily the central banks can control the unemployment, create recessions, and transfer wealth from the lower economic group to higher economic group and perpetuate the poverty.     Capitalism: A System of Conspiracy

    There are some myths about American capitalism. Some of them are (1) Capitalism made America the richest nation, (2) Capitalism is based on self interest, and (3) America has democracy. We show that the survival of capitalism is based on several powerful conspiracy theories. We briefly describe these conspiracies. Our analysis is based on the following principles: (a) Laws of conservation, (b) System theoretic concepts, and (c) The global space time (GST) environment. Using these principles we show that the above myths are conspiracies. In the process we show that these conspiracies will destroy all human values.     Modern Science VS Vedic Science

    We will show with examples that all results of modern science are based on or derived from assumptions. Since assumptions cannot be valid for nature and engineering, modern science therefore cannot represent the nature, and be applicable to nature and engineering. For the same reason results of modern science can never be demonstrated. On the other hand the Vedic science is entirely based on observations, just like what Galileo observed. Vedic science does not therefore has any assumptions, and it is a record of what you see is happening in nature. The Vedic science also has another very crucial difference – it observed two types of causes: (a) efficient cause and (b) material cause, behind every phenomenon. As a result Vedic science is universal and eternal. We will illustrate all results of Vedic science with observations in nature. Such examples will be beyond comprehension of modern science

    Compilation techniques for irregular problems on parallel machines

    Massively parallel computers have ushered in the era of teraflop computing. Even though large and powerful machines are being built, they are used by only a fraction of the computing community. The fundamental reason for this situation is that parallel machines are difficult to program. Development of compilers that automatically parallelize programs will greatly increase the use of these machines.;A large class of scientific problems can be categorized as irregular computations. In this class of computation, the data access patterns are known only at runtime, creating significant difficulties for a parallelizing compiler to generate efficient parallel codes. Some compilers with very limited abilities to parallelize simple irregular computations exist, but the methods used by these compilers fail for any non-trivial applications code.;This research presents development of compiler transformation techniques that can be used to effectively parallelize an important class of irregular programs. A central aim of these transformation techniques is to generate codes that aggressively prefetch data. Program slicing methods are used as a part of the code generation process. In this approach, a program written in a data-parallel language, such as HPF, is transformed so that it can be executed on a distributed memory machine. An efficient compiler runtime support system has been developed that performs data movement and software caching

    Parallelized reliability estimation of reconfigurable computer networks

    A parallelized system, ASSURE, for computing the reliability of embedded avionics flight control systems which are able to reconfigure themselves in the event of failure is described. ASSURE accepts a grammar that describes a reliability semi-Markov state-space. From this it creates a parallel program that simultaneously generates and analyzes the state-space, placing upper and lower bounds on the probability of system failure. ASSURE is implemented on a 32-node Intel iPSC/860, and has achieved high processor efficiencies on real problems. Through a combination of improved algorithms, exploitation of parallelism, and use of an advanced microprocessor architecture, ASSURE has reduced the execution time on substantial problems by a factor of one thousand over previous workstation implementations. Furthermore, ASSURE's parallel execution rate on the iPSC/860 is an order of magnitude faster than its serial execution rate on a Cray-2 supercomputer. While dynamic load balancing is necessary for ASSURE's good performance, it is needed only infrequently; the particular method of load balancing used does not substantially affect performance

    Publishing E-resources of Digital Institutional Repository as Linked Open Data: an experimental study

    Linked open data (LOD) is an essential component in semantic web architecture and is becoming increasingly important over time due to its ability to share and re-use structured data which is both human and computer readable over the web. Currently, many libraries, archives, museums etc. are using open source digital library software to manage and preserve their digital collections. They may also intend to publish their e-resources as “Linked Open Datasets” for further usage. LOD enables the libraries or information centers to publish and share the structured metadata that is generated and maintained with their own bibliographic and authority data in such a way that the other libraries and general community across the world can consume, interact, enrich and share. In this context, the key issue is to convert the library bibliographic data which is commonly known as metadata into LOD dataset. The purpose of this paper is to provide a methodology and technical aspects to design and publish a structured LOD dataset of bibliographic information from a digital repository developed with DSpace digital library software so that other libraries can link their repositories with these LOD for providing additional relevant resources to their end-users. The paper shows the process of integration and configuration of Apache Jena Fuseki (a tool for SPARQL Endpoint interface) with DSpace for converting metadata into Resource Description Framework (RDF) triple model and make them available in various RDF formats. It also discusses a model for building a LOD framework to convert and store RDF graph and RDF triple. Finally, it tests the accessibility of the inked open dataset by querying RDF data through a SPARQL endpoint interface
